Lesley’s career with RMCU started as a consumer lender. She then worked hard to move up and become an integral part of the Executive Management Team, eventually landing in her current role in which she oversees all lending for RMCU.
A Cheerleader In and Out of the Office
But don’t let that title intimidate you. Lesley is as down-to-earth as they come. As an alumnus, she’s a massive Montana State University Bobcats fan, bleeding blue and gold whenever she’s at an MSU football game. She’s also an incredibly proud mom, cheering her son on at baseball games any chance she gets.
Her role as cheerleader translates well to her work at RMCU as well. She’s constantly supporting and uplifting our many lenders working in mortgage lending, business lending or consumer lending. With a family of her own, Lesley gets how important it is to secure loans to move forward and provide more for your family. That’s why she’s proud to be helping other Montanans get the financing they need with the lowest interest rates possible.
When it comes to inspiration, Lesley admires her parents more than anyone.
“They are the hardest working people I know, and are truly the most thoughtful and caring people,” Lesley said. “They taught me accountability and the importance of working hard for the things you want.”
What Lesley Loves About Bozeman
Lesley is a long-time Bozemanite and loves doing absolutely anything outside. Dirt biking? Check. Golfing? Check. Fishing and boating? Check and check. And when she’s ready to eat, it’s the Rib and Chop House for her.
“Who doesn’t want a good steak?” she says.
As much as she loves Bozeman and everything it has to offer, she’s excited about the reopening of travel and the possibility of going abroad again soon. The first countries on her travel bucket list? Ireland and Norway.
But in the meantime, you’ll find Lesley on the north end of Bozeman in our Baxter branch, up in the stands at the football game or somewhere outside, living it up.
