In this Member Service Representative Spotlight, meet the pair of senior MSRs in our Belgrade branch, Erin Stump and Stacey Kolman.
Erin and Stacey are both Senior Member Service Representatives in Belgrade. They oversee the teller line, open new accounts, and provide member-facing service in the branch. With almost 14 years of combined experience, Erin and Stacey make a great team. Erin joined as a member who was looking for part-time work in 2014. Stacey lived next door to Belgrade’s branch manager, who was searching for more help for the branch, so Stacey applied in 2016 and has been there ever since.
Helping Members With Their Needs
As Member Service Representatives, Stacey and Erin focus on top customer service for RMCU members. People often come to them searching for help with their finances, so they are more financially prepared for their future. They both enjoy being friendly faces for members whenever they come into the Belgrade branch to ensure their needs are taken care of.
Regarding advice for people considering opening an account with RMCU, Erin said, “I explain that we are so different than a bank. We are first and foremost for our members and will do everything we can to advocate for their financial well-being.” Stacey had a very similar philosophy, “I explain that all of our services are provided in-house, and any credit union employee is always available and willing to help. We really love sharing the important differences between our awesome credit union and all the other banks out there.”

Stacey and Erin’s values align with the RMCU mission to promote financial well-being for its members — not to turn a profit. While Erin loves helping members invest in their needs, she also loves spending time in the vast outdoors of Montana with her family. Her family loves hiking in the warmer months and trekking the woods to cut down their Christmas tree in the winter. Stacey spends her summers on the water fishing and floating, camping, and off-roading on her ATV. As much as she loves her home in Montana, Stacey also enjoys traveling worldwide in her free time. She’s been to Egypt, South East Asia, Bali, Portugal, and Africa, just to name a few, and looks forward to her future endeavor to Panama.
