Thrive is a community-based non-profit organization established in 1986. Each year Thrive serves over 6,000 parents, children and community members through our four signature programs. They provide mentoring, education, and support for children and families so that everyone in our community has the tools they need to be successful.
Thrive’s proven programs have been developed using evidence-based practices, adapted to meet local community needs, and rigorously evaluated to ensure program efficacy. RMCU has partnered with Thrive to help support its mission and ensure that individuals impacted by cancer have access to the resources they need to navigate their journey.
Through this partnership, RMCU has provided financial resources to Thrive, as well as volunteer time from their staff. RMCU employees have volunteered at Thrive events, helped with fundraising efforts, and provided support to the annual Drive for Thrive Golf Tournament.
In addition to its partnership with Thrive, RMCU also offers special accounts for nonprofits that come with reduced fees, making it easier for these organizations to manage their finances. This initiative has helped to ensure that nonprofits can focus on their mission and impact the community in meaningful ways.
All of these initiatives demonstrate RMCU's commitment to supporting the community and helping local nonprofits thrive. By providing financial resources, volunteer time, and other forms of support, RMCU is making a real difference in the lives of local children and families and other important causes in Montana.
